I hadn't even been pre-qualified for a loan at this point in time and he still pulled out all the stops, showing me a beautiful home that I didn't know was listed! He invested time in getting to know each member of my family and what we wanted in our new home. Once I found the home I wanted to purchase, he helped us move quickly to close in under 30 days. There is no doubt, we made the right choice when working with Roger to find us a cabin in the Smoky Mountains.  Roger did all the leg work and research for us.  Nearly daily we were receiving emails with listing in our price range with a lot of detail.  Since we were looking to purchase a cabin for both personal use and short-term renting, Roger provided revenue history along with expenses records.  Not only did he take the time to schedule showings, he drove me to Gatlinburg, four hours away, personally toured the cabins with me.   Roger patiently worked with me for over five months answering questions, providing data, scheduling inspections… and handling all the paperwork.  This was not my first home/property purchase but Roger made it the best purchasing experience I have had.   I would highly recommend using Roger for your real-estate needs.  I will be using Roger again.

Roger listened to our wants and needs. We wanted something originally in the Hendersonville or Station Camp area, a house that was at least three bedrooms and two baths that was ten years or less and had to be under $400,000. He showed us everything that was close to what we wanted. Nothing interested us so we expanded to townhouses. We were still not satisfied. Roger than told us to look at a couple of new builds in White House. We got everything we needed and more. The experience was very pleasant and ended up being tough between two builders but ultimately Roger worked with us on the pros and cons of each and because of his dedication to us we were able to make a decision and close. But that's not were it ended with Roger. He came with us to pick out the interior and exterior decisions. Roger was at almost every if not every meeting with the project manager and he also would go by from time to time and send us pictures. When it came down to the walk through and closing again Roger was there and pointed out things that needed to be fixed or changed. We absolutely loved our experience with Roger.

We were going to list our house a year prior but we didn't feel comfortable because the realtor wanted to do a quick sale and we had no input on listing price we were told what it was going to be. A year later we linked up with Roger through family just browsing the market. We looked at a house and he came with a packet full of comps and tons of information about the property in a 24hr period and was able to answer all and every question no to mention tell us more than we thought we needed to know. He helped us and worked with us through the process of selling our home, put countless hours that he didn't need to just to ensure our house was ready to be put on the market and let us know what to expect during the process. Did numerous open houses on our listed home and did a lot of marketing for it that he didn't have to do or we expected a realtor to do. He took time out of his day to attend our contract signing, design studio appointment, project planning meeting and pre drywall inspection. He took videos and picture for our records and continually followed up with process and made sure things were taken care of properly. During the continuation of the process he stopped at our new home and sent us live updates and communicated with us consistently through both process.
